HRW Deliverables for the archive

Freelancers are required to do all their own exports, including derivatives, of a project.  

Everything is you will need is here. https://www.hrwmultimedia.org/video-post-production-guide. This includes all the resources you will need (master template, fonts, end screens, droplets etc.) 

  • Download the Master Template and build project from this.

  • Master Exports: Two copies of everything. A high-res (ProRes LT / QuickTime .MOV format) and low-res (H.264 mp4) for each product. A REQUIRED Clean copy (no music, no logo, no text, no subtitles.) Clean is high-res only. A detailed guide specifying what each export entails in in master template >exports>export chart.pdf 

  • Derivatives: Use our preset media encoder or compressor droplet to. Do not create your own compression. We strip metadata for security purposes. 

  • In addition to video, you deliver (unless otherwise noted from producer): 

a) Shot List  
b) Final Script  
c) Thumbnail  
d) SRT file.   

Your “exports” folder will have all your master Quicktime ProRes files, including and a CLEAN copy…

And the Distribution folder will contain all of the derivatives you produce from Final Pro Res Quicktime Exports…

 
 

All final, completed projects will be sent to our portal. Password will be given by staff producer.
